Connect Claude (Web & Desktop)

Setup Guide

Both Claude Web and Claude Desktop use the same setup process:

Go to claude.ai or open the Claude Desktop app and sign in.
Click your profile icon → Settings → Connectors.
Click Add custom connector and enter.

Subsequent requests authenticate silently. Tokens refresh automatically.

Verification

After configuring, open a new conversation and ask: "What financial data tools are available?"

Claude should respond by calling insync_assistant and listing the available financial tools.

You can also check that the server is connected by looking for the MCP tools indicator in the Claude interface (the plug icon or tools count in the message input area).
