Connect ChatGPT

Step 1 — Enable Developer Mode

1. Open ChatGPT in your browser.
2. Go to Settings → Apps → Advanced Settings.
3. Toggle Developer Mode on.

Step 2 — Create a New App

1. Go to Settings → Apps.
2. Click Create app.

Step 3 — Configure the App

1. Fill in the following fields:

   Field	Value
   Name	InSync Analytics MCP
   URL	https://ai-mcp.insyncanalytics.com/mcp
   Authentication	OAuth

Step 4 — Find the App in Drafts

1. Go to Settings → Apps → Drafts.
2. Locate InSync Analytics MCP in the list.

Apps remain in Drafts until authenticated. This is expected.

Step 5 — Authenticate

1. Open the draft app by clicking on it.
2. Click the Authenticate button.
3. A browser window will open and redirect you to the InSync login page.
4. Log in with your InSync Analytics credentials.
5. You will be redirected back to ChatGPT automatically.
6. The app moves out of Drafts and becomes active.

Step 6 — Use the Server in Chat

1. Start a new chat.
2. Ensure Developer Mode is enabled (toggle in the chat toolbar if needed).
3. Select InSync Analytics MCP from your connected apps or tools list.
4. Ask any financial question — for example: "What was Apple's revenue last quarter?"
