Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance professional with a strong analytical background in financial statements and contribute to organizational development. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and building financial models and should have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in Financial Modeling & Projections—building models from scratch in MS Excel, with an ability to understand & formulate business drivers (revenue, cost, etc.)
Has built financial models for at least 30-50 public listed companies (US and Europe preferred)
Knowledge of Valuations, GAAP/Non-GAAP, M&A concept, etc
Strong interpersonal, communication, and articulation skills (verbal and non-verbal)
Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently for a client team
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones in line with client requirements
Having a know-how in using different databases—Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.—will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Building and projecting simple or complex financial models using standard or client-specific templates.
Analyzing financial statements and information across companies, sectors, and sub-industries.
Researching, analyzing, and interpreting current and past financial data; preparing comparative analyses and evaluating proposed changes in methods and materials.
Tracking key trends, earnings updates, business developments, and sector dynamics.
Preparing investment theses, valuation summaries, analytical reports, and presentation materials for clients.
Ensuring accuracy, quality control, and confidentiality in all deliverables while meeting client deadlines.
Engaging with client teams to provide analytical solutions, manage communication, and address product-related requirements.

Education

MBA (Finance)
CFA (Any Level)

Experience

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience or more
