Co Founder & CEO

Pinkey, previously, worked as an investment banker at JP Morgan and Harris Nesbitt in New York in the Global Telecommunication, Media and Technology coverage group. She has executed more than $15 billion of M&A, corporate finance and other advisory assignments.

Pinkey has an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University and a Chartered Accountancy certificate from India. Prior to business school, she was an investment banker at ANZ Investment Bank and Standard Chartered Bank in Mumbai, India.

Gunbir Sethi Gauba

Co-Founder and CEO

Gunbir worked at Banc of America Securities as an Equity Analyst in the Global Media team and was a key member of the II ranked Broadcasting team. Previously, she was an Investment Banker at JP Morgan in the Global Industrials group, NY, executing over $10 billion of advisory transactions.

Gunbir has an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and a Diploma in Financial Management from the Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. Prior to business school, she was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch /Smith New Court Securities plc (affiliate of NM Rothschild) and executed over $5 billion of capital raising transactions.

Gunbir is also the Founder and President of HEAL (Humanity Empathy Animal Love) Foundation, a 501(c)(3) grant-making non-profit that helps with veterinary bills for pets belonging to our veterans, active service, victims of domestic violence, homelessness, and others in financial need.

Dhriti Wadhwani

CFO and Head of India Operations

Dhriti has been with InSync for more than 16 years and heads India operations. She wears multiple hats and is the pillar of our execution capabilities in India. Prior to working at InSync, Dhriti worked as a Tax Consultant with M/s. Haribhakti & Co., a leading accounting firm in India. She was involved in rendering tax advisory services to domestic as well as international clients. She has a Chartered Accountancy Certificate from India.

Abhijeet Akash

Chief Business Development Officer

Abhijeet has been leading Business Development since December 2014. He has been with InSync for over 14 years. With a deep understanding of client business challenges and requirements, he effectively mobilizes teams to create impactful solutions that drive business results. Abhijeet is responsible for client onboarding, lead identification, and user tracking, playing a key role in nurturing strong relationships with InSync’s clients. Before taking on this role, he was a Senior Leader, managing bespoke projects in the TMT sector. Prior to joining InSync, he worked as an Industry Consultant with an authorized Siemens System house. He has a PGDBM in Finance from the University of Mumbai, India.

Jeevraj Rai

Chief Product Officer

Jeevraj leads a team specializing in custom financial models at InSync. He has been with us for over 13 years and worked across diverse sectors. He previously managed Product and Business Development for the Company Models and Bespoke Projects team. He has a Masters in Management Studies (with a major in Finance) from the University of Pune, India.

Neha Sambary Chavan

Neha has been with InSync for over 10 years, bringing a wealth of experience to her role. Before joining InSync, she honed her skills as a research analyst at KPMG and Citigroup, accumulating over 15 years of expertise in finance. At InSync, Neha exemplifies the company’s industry-leading job ethos to new analysts and ensures delivering high-quality and impactful projects for clients across the US, Europe, and Asia. She has a proven track record of driving data-centric strategy, innovation, and growth for both Insync and its clients. She is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that enable better decision-making and outcomes for clients. She is also committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence with diverse and talented professionals who share the vision of using analytics to create positive change and value. Neha has an MBA from the University of Pune, India.

Nilesh Shimpi

Chief Technology Officer

Nilesh is the head of technology & IT at InSync and has over 14 years of experience. He is responsible for generating and applying new tech ideas to achieve organizational goals. He has experience in data scrapping, data engineering, ETL, visualization, web, and applications. Nilesh worked as a research analyst at Intelenet Global Services and the IT Department of Bombay Dyeing prior to joining InSync. He has an MBA from the University of Mumbai.

Pranesh Khale

Chief Compliance Officer

Pranesh has been associated with InSync for over 13 years. Since the last 9 years, he has been leading our compliance initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of regulatory and ethical conduct across the organization. He is responsible for defining, communicating, training, evaluating, and measuring compliance across different lines of business at InSync. Pranesh also oversees agreements with clients, research providers, and vendors, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and company policies.

He has a Masters in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wales, Cardiff.

Ramesh Prajapati

Chief Revenue Officer

Ramesh has been with InSync for over 14 years. He currently manages real-time earnings updates, including variance analysis (beat/miss vs. estimates, guidance) for key financials and KPIs for more than 3,500 companies across different regions. He also ensures automatic quarterly updates of customized models and supervises processing of company filings. Before his current role, he gained extensive experience in managing operations and acquired knowledge across various sectors, including Industrials, Energy, Materials, and TMT with different products. He has an MBA from ICFAI University, India, and a Bachelors in Commerce from the University of Gujarat.

Sheetal Munden

Chief Innovation Officer

Sheetal has been with InSync for over 14 years in multiples roles. Currently, she is responsible for InSync’s product innovation and strategic direction. Sheetal’s role includes product vision, innovation, design and development pertaining to fundamental financial modeling and valuation. Sheetal has worked closely with buyside clients in multiple industry sectors and brings her unique insights and experience into building an innovative product portfolio to meet the evolving needs of fundamental financial investors. She has an MBA in Finance from the University of Mumbai, India.

Sundaram Iyer

Chief Data & Analytics Officer

Sundaram brings over 10 years of experience in the financial services domain, specializing in implementing cutting-edge technology solutions. As the Chief Data and Analytics Officer, Sundaram is at the forefront of driving innovation across various divisions, ensuring that the company stays ahead in the competitive landscape. Prior to InSync, Sundaram has played significant roles at Edelweiss as a Rates Trader, CRISIL as a Fixed Income Researcher, State Street as a Quantitative Researcher in FX and Agency MBS Investment, and TIAA as a Quantitative Risk Manager. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is passionate about education. He frequently teaches data science-related topics at various reputed institutions, sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of data scientists. Sundaram has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PDGM) specializing in Financial Markets and a B.Tech. in Computer Science.
